Lt Gen James Laster
First shot in shoulder at 80 yards got him staggering and quick follow-up off hand again in shoulder dropped him. Everything you guys taught me became instinct.

All I can say is the older I get, a good shot means all that much more!!!! It is only because of your classes was I able to do all of this, if it had not been for your training I would not have gotten all three of my animals.
Tim, I am sitting by the fire at Tholo Safari CH-12 consession at the end of the 4th day of the hunt and we finally caught up with the herd. I took the bull from about 70 yards with a single shot.
Thank you and all your staff for your help. I will be back to the ranch again.

FTW Family,
Hope y’all are doing great. Sharing some photos of Samuel and I’s bear. We got one each. It’s been a great week here hunting in northern Idaho. Steep terrain makes it challenging. Really no chance for follow up shots as the terrain does not allow it, so that first shot all the more important.
Hello FTW!!
Deb and I wanted to say Hi and Thank you for the SAAM Safari Course. Thanks to your course and training we had a very successful hunt last month with Jamy Traut Hunting Safaris in the Caprivi Strip. Deb got a monster 13′ Croc and a huge Hippo cow. I was able to get my first elephant, an “Own Use” bull. This will not be my last elephant, that’s for sure! Deb is ready to go back a get a hippo bull. The training we gained at the SAAM Safari course played perfectly into our real-world experiences. Running the different scenarios, we learned at SAAM over and over in our minds made the hunt so much more enjoyable. We are looking forward to another safari adventure in the near future. And of course we will see you all for a prep course. Thanks to everyone at FTW! We can’t thank you all enough for what you do there!
Take Care, Be Safe and God Bless all of you,
Don and Deb
